We understand that finding a new dentist can be a bit nerve-racking. There are a lots of choices and not many ways to discern how all the practices are different. Here, we exist to make people feel known beyond just dental by being a group of talented friends. We’ve made the process of joining “BSDA” pretty simple.

Call or Email
Call us so you can get a feel for who we are. There’s no better way to understand what makes us different than a brief chat on the phone. If you’re strapped for time, you can also email us to schedule your first visit.

Complete the Forms
Coming from another Dentist
We have a Switch Kit built into our standard onboarding forms. Everything is online, so we’ll email you a single link to the various questionnaires and releases. If you give us the proper permissions. We will call your current dentist and have them send over your records. No need for an awkward “goodbye” from your old dentist.
If you don’t have a current dentist.
Joining BSDA is simple. Call us to schedule your first appointment, we’ll send you an email after with all the forms you need to sign up. Let’s get you scheduled to come in!

Come to Your Appointment!
Once you get to your appointment, we’ll help you figure out your insurance, or introduce you to the Dental Savings Plan, a great solution for people who like to pay with credit cards for a discount and avoid insurance hassle.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment will be a chance for us to get to know you, and run some diagnostics and X-rays for your teeth. If time permits, your hygienist will complete your dental cleaning at this appointment. Otherwise, we can schedule another appointment for your cleaning and any dental treatment that may be needed. No matter what, your dentist will meet you during this visit, and complete a comprehensive examination that gets the conversation started. It is important for us that you feel known, beyond just dental.
Emergency Patients
If you are interested in becoming a new patient and need to be seen ASAP due to a dental emergency, please call to schedule a same-day appointment. Although we will not be able to complete a comprehensive examination, we will be sure to evaluate and treat (if possible) your dental concern.
